“BPA Taps DAB Strengthen its Staff Members and Enhance their Work Efficiency through Completed Staff Work Training”

The Bangsamoro Pilgrimage Authority (BPA) recently concluded their Training on Completed Staff Work. The training was held on November 21-23, 2023 participated by BPA staff members who showed remarkable interest in this important concept. Completed Staff Work is a process that involves thoroughly analyzing and researching a proposal before it is presented to a supervisor or manager. It ensures that the proposal is well-prepared, thought-out and ready for implementation.

The training program was facilitated by the training team from DAB who provided an in-depth understanding of the concept and how to apply it in a practical setting. The attendees were able to learn about the different steps of Completed Staff Work and how to effectively implement it in their daily work routine. The training session was also an opportunity for the staff members to exchange ideas and learn from each other’s experiences.

The participants expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the learning they gained and competencies they acquired. They are inspired to utilize their newly acquired knowledge and skills to provide better services to their clients and stakeholders. They were reminded by their Deputy Executive Director in his closing message that a worldly knowledge acquired should be utilized accordingly in “dunya” so its reward will reach “akhirat”.
