Cotabato City – The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro got the best of both worlds with the Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism (MTIT) in conducting the Training on Workplace Efficiency and Communication on January 15-17, 2024 at Crystal Hall, Em Manor Hotel and Convention Center, Cotabato City. The training aimed to enhance and strengthen the efficiency, productivity, and communication in the Ministry. It was participated by the Ministry’s personnel from region and its attached agencies such as Bangsamoro Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) and Polloc Freeport and Ecozone (PFEZ).
The three-day training tackled various topics such as time management, effective communication, and teamwork patterned to the approach of the 7 habits of highly effective people. The DAB training team prepared interactive activities and workshops that provided them with practical tools to improve their performance in daily tasks and responsibilities. Most of the participants were highly technical that made the activity enriched with knowledge-sharing.
MTIT Minister, Honorable Abuamri A. Taddik, expressed his gratitude to the DAB for the successful collaboration in organizing the training. He also emphasized the importance of investing in capacity development of the government workforce to better serve the public.
