At the closing program, the BARMM Senior Minister, Abunawas ‘Von Alhaq’ Maslamama congratulated the participants and graced the event through his inspirational message centered on Moral Governance and how BARMM Employees can help the system achieve it. The Senior Minister is accompanied with by the DAB Executive Director, Shiek Hisham S. Nando and DAB’s Division Chiefs— Dr. Normia A. Salindal (FAD), Norhaina B. Ugokan (CTA), and Fairodz P. Taalim (CRPD) together with the Academy’s Pool of Experts and Employees. This batch of MOT is coined as the ‘Ministry Edition’ as it literally onboarded 80 BARMM Employees from all the different ministries of the Bangsamoro Government.
