The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) has successfully concluded the facilitation of the four-day Mandatory Onboarding Training for the dedicated employees of Special Geographic Area Development Authority (SGADA) on October 13, 2023.The Training was designed to equip SGADA’s workforce with knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to contribute effectively and work efficiently for the development and welfare of Bangsamoro government employee to SGADA clientele.
The successful completion of the Mandatory Onboarding Training manifests the commitment of both DAB and SGADA in building a highly skilled, competent, and motivated workforce. The SGADA and DAB leaderships are hopeful that the trained employees, as they return to their respective units, they bring with them a newfound sense of purpose, readiness, and an enhanced ability to make a positive impact in the special geographic areas they serve, ensuring a brighter future for the communities within the Bangsamoro.
