LOOK: An audit team from the Commission on Audit (COA) represented by Auditor Sittie Norlikha A. Comayog, CPA and the Inventory and Appraisal Committee of the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro headed by its Chairperson, Dr. Normia A. Salindal personally conducted the physical count of Supplies and Materials, and inventory of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) on January 31, 2024.
Pursuant to Section 38, Volume I of Government Accounting Manual (GAM), an annual Physical Inventory Count of all Fixed Assets, Supplies and Materials and Equipment is conducted to check the integrity of property custodianship and confirm the records of Supply and Accounting Subsidiary Ledgers.
