In the pursuit to improve organization and productivity at work, BICTO staff took part in an insightful 5S in the Workplace Training dubbed as
KAIZEN: Organizing for Greater Public Sector Productivity. The 2-day training was held at Blue Lotus Hotel, Davao City on October 11-12, 2023. During the interactive sessions, the staff learned practical techniques for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and able to establish a Technical Working Group (TWG) and 5S Implementation Action Plan.Bangsamoro Information and Communications Technology Office – BARMM ‘ !
