With the objective of equipping employees with the skills and mindset needed to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and navigate complexities, the Ministry of Public Order and Safety in collaboration with the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro gathered staff from different fields of expertise for a three-day Training on Completed Staff Work. The training took place from August 29-31, 2023, at Alnor Mall Convention, Cotabato City.
The participants went through series of workshops that enhance their critical thinking skills not only in the performance of their tasks, but also in navigating solutions to the problems of the office. The participants delved into understanding the concept of CSW and its impact, and gained deeper appreciation of the steps required in the process.
At the end of the training, the participants were able to present a CSW document, and emerged with a new set of skills and insights that transformed the way they approach work.
