Another elite interview was conducted to explore Moral Governance further as part of the DAB’s research on Moral Governance. Hon. Mohagher Iqbal, the Minister of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education, responded to the DAB invitation to explore his perspective of Moral Governance.

The good Minister said he consistently contextualized the principles of Moral Governance in the Ministry since he assumed office.
