Service Directors and Division Chiefs of MENRE-BARMM together with other key personnel outlined the steps of their client-oriented services in a service blueprinting workshop facilitated by DAB on the 2nd day of the MENRE Precursory Training on Completed Staff Work. The workshops was supplemented by rich inputs on organizational development from CSC for BARMM’s Atty. Mohammad Muktadir Estrella and government accountability from COA-BARMM’s Ms. Ezabor Galo, CPA.
