Plan 2022-2024, facilitated by DAB. The Plan was founded using the combined strength of data and knowledge from its predecessor DENR-BARMM and the strong drive for reform and innovation of its new workforce.DAB team ensured that the participating middle managers were making strategies and decisions based on realistic but reform-oriented goals taking into consideration the uncertainties and possibilities lurking around the region in the next four years.
