LOOK: An audit team from the Commission on Audit (COA) represented by Lyndon E. Sandukan, OCM-Budget office represented by Nurhassan B. Gubar, and AMS-Property and Supply Division represented by Abdulkahar Canda Usop personally inspected the office and other janitorial supplies delivered to the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro.

The said inspection is line with the provision under Sec. 6.9 COA Circular # 2009-002 dated May 18, 2009z that all deliveries of purchased supplies and equipment are subject to inspection; and that the Commission on Audit (COA) must be informed and must be provided with copies of Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice/delivery receipt within 24 hours after acceptance of items delivered.

Inspection as defined by COA in its Procurement and Supply Management
System is the examination or testing of supplies and services including raw
materials and components to determine whether the supplies and services
conform to contract requirements, such as but not limited to applicable drawings,
specifications and purchase description.
