Day 2 of MIPA’s 3-day Precursory Training on Completed Staff Work facilitated by DAB involved a productive exploration of each of the staff’s duties and their line of communication and creation of deliverables schedule. Participating newly-hired MIPA staff affirmed “making sense” of their job descriptions.
