LTFRB -BARMM Director Akmad Ebrahim and the DAB Team made a conversation on how to explore possibilities of capacitating the decommissioned combatants on Moral Governance, Islamic leadership, and community-driven development. The group agreed to conduct a needs assessment for the prospective beneficiaries of training programs to assure their concrete role to play in the present BARMM government of the day.
