The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) and the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) joined forces to enhance decision-making through a Training on Completed Staff Work held last June 4-6, 2024, at Surya Hall, Mall of Alnor, Cotabato City.
Led by DAB facilitators, the sessions explored the principles of Completed Staff Work (CSW), empowering participants to analyze issues thoroughly and present recommendations effectively by drafting a CSW Document. Throughout the training, MPW attendees honed problem-solving skills, fostering a culture of accountability and camaraderie. By the program’s end, participants had a renewed sense of purpose for implementing CSW principles in their daily work. This collaboration reflects DAB and MPW’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, strengthening MPW’s capacity to serve the Bangsamoro community.
