Records and IT personnel from select government and non-government agencies were gathered in a
diagnostic seminar-workshop that informed and assessed their organizational capacities in managing the flow of information and knowledge. Participating personnel also identified their roles in each of their organization’s delivery units.The seminar-workshop is supported by Sebisyong Bangsamoro in coordination with the OCM-ICO.
