The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) has onboarded successfully another batch of Bangsamoro workforce. The employees from the different services and attached agencies of the Office of the Chief Minister underwent the Mandatory Onboarding Training provided by DAB last April 22-25, 2024 at Surya Hall, Mall of Alnor, Cotabato City. The training was participated by 43 employees holding first and second level positions.
As mentioned earlier, Mandatory Onboarding Training is one of the flagship programs of the Academy, and it forms part of the systematic onboarding program for all BARMM employees as stipulated in the Bangsamoro Civil Service Code. The training aims to transition the new employees into their role and onto their respective unit, section, or division. It is designed for the specific level and position of the new employees and reflected their unique work environment. It included the inculcation of moral governance principles and practices, the development of camaraderie, high-trust and high- performance organizational culture, the clarification of expectations, and the provision and use of resources and the compliance to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. The training envisions that the onboarded employees develop professionally, adhere to the moral governance, and with high regard to Bangsamoro Leaders and history.
The training concluded with inspiring words from Engr. Mlang U. Madal, DAB’s Executive Assistant emphasizing the significance of the MOT among BARMM employees. He expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic participation of all the offices involved and noted that their dedication is essential for the success of the training and fulfillment of the training outcome. He ended his remarks by expressing hopes for the future: ” . , – – 2018.”
The successful completion of this onboarding training marks another significant step in DAB’s continuous efforts to ensure that all employees are well-equipped to meet the challenges of their roles and contribute effectively to the goals of the Bangsamoro Government.
