The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro, through its Center of Training and Assessment, and the Bangsamoro Transition Authority – Policy Research and Legal Services (BTA-PRLS) exchanged meaningful conversations and insights on April 19, 2024 at BTA-PRLS Office, 8Z Building, Gov. Gutierez Avenue, Cotabato City. The objective of the talk was to explore potential collaboration to address certain learning and development gaps among the employees of BTA-PRLS and scout for the contextualization of leadership and development program in BARMM. Both offices shared best practices and challenges in the context of its respective mandates and met half way to open the opportunities for both offices.
The exploratory meeting is the first step for future learning and development endeavor. After all, for two agencies achieve a common goal, collaboration is the key!
