The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) conducted a training-workshop for Academy’s Tools Development last March 7-9, 2024 at Greenleaf Hotel, General Santos City. The activity aimed at refining its tool development strategies. This initiative underscored DAB’s commitment to advancing the professional development of the BARMM workforce. In pursuing the professional development, it is essential that the gaps are properly identified using relevant tools. This process will lead towards development of training plans and customization of interventions depending on the needs identified.
The training-workshop served as a venue to enhance existing tools and develop other needed tools that measure not just the performance of the BARMM employees, but also the BARMM ministries, agencies, and offices vis-à-vis their service delivery to the BARMM constituents.
The tools developed will be piloted to the BARMM workforce the soonest possible.
