MTIT seeks to improve organizational efficiency through training on Minute Taking and Records Management

A training session on minute taking and basic records management was successfully conducted by the Ministry of Trade, Investment, and Tourism in collaboration with the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro. The training was held on February 7-8, 2024, at Em Manor Hotel and Convention Center. The objective of this program was to provide participants with the necessary information to efficiently record meeting minutes and maintain records, which is critical for achieving effectiveness organizational operations.

The training provided attendees with hands-on exercises to improve their comprehension of minute-taking protocols and records management best practices. The collaboration between the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro and the Ministry of Trade, Investment, and Tourism highlights a dedication to supporting professional growth and capacity-building in the area. Upon completion of the program, attendees were equipped with useful tools that would expedite administrative procedures and enhance the overall efficiency of their assigned positions.
