Cotabato City – A group of delegates from the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) recently concluded a specialized training program at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) in Bukit Kiara. The five-day program, held from June 19 to June 23, 2023, aimed to enhance their skills in Management, Leadership, and Train-the-Trainer Techniques.
Organized by INTAN, the program was tailored to meet the specific needs of the delegates from the DAB, a prestigious institution committed to the development of human resources in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in the Philippines. The training sessions covered various topics, including effective management strategies, leadership principles, and the art of conducting impactful training sessions.
Participants from DAB include Dr. Normia A. Salindal, Chief of Finance and Administrative Division, Ms. Fairodz P. Taalim, LPT, MBA, Chief of Research and Policy Development Division, Ms. Norhaina U. Ugokan, LPT, JD, Chief of Training and Assessment Division, Mr. Gebracel Makaton LPT, MAEd, Senior Education Program Specialist, and Ms. Sittie Saharah Mustapah, LPT, MAScie, Training Specialist II.
They expressed their satisfaction with the program, highlighting the valuable insights and practical knowledge they gained during their time at INTAN. The interactive nature of the training sessions, coupled with the expertise of the facilitators, contributed to an enriching and engaging learning experience.
