The Office of the Wali of Bangsamoro, in collaboration with the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro, conducted successfully a Training on Completed Staff Work on December 12-14, 2023 at the London Beach Resort in General Santos City. The three-day training aimed to enhance the skills of the staff to ensure efficiency and effectivity in performing their tasks and responsibilities.
During the training, the participants engaged in interactive discussions and activities that focused on the principles and practices of completed staff work. The training provided the participants with the necessary tools and techniques to improve their planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
The Office of the Wali of Bangsamoro is optimistic that the knowledge and skills gained from the Completed Staff Work Training will help them improve the quality of work and services provided by the office. The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro, on the other hand, is committed to supporting the Bangsamoro government in its goal of promoting work excellence in support to Moral Governance.
