The objectives of this project is to promote the role of research in policy making to become part of the new system as it begins during transition and to capacitate BARMM employees on research.

The LEAD Bangsamoro in partnership with the Embassy of Switzerland in the Philippines is working with the BARMM through the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) and Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA).
