Newly-hired key officers of MIPA from regional and field offices were gathered in a 3-day training on Completed Staff Work, and MIPA Minister Melanio Ulama together with DAB President Dr. Norodin Salam graced its opening program. The training seeks to enable them to navigate each others’ duties and function and activate their skills necessary to deliver a completed staff work.
