DAB updates its strategic direction with the advent of the policy changes for the transition period and the coming its new principal, Executive Director Hisham S. Nando. This is through a Participatory Strategic Performance Planning activity it conducts this week in General Santos City backed by SUBATRA (Support to Bangsamoro Transition) and UNOPS (UN Office for Project Services), together with the lead facilitator Engr. Earl James Logarta.
