The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) brought together all the Human Resource and Information Technology Officers of the BARMM Regional Offices to officially launch the DAB’s online Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Tool.

This tool quantitatively evaluates the situation of the regional office workforce, the training needs of its employees to the vitality of its working environment. It will be accomplished by all employees of the regional ministries, offices, and agencies of the Bangsamoro; and will give a baseline data of BARMM workforce necessary for designing future programs and projects for employees of the Autonomous Region.
