The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro facilitated a 3-day training on Completed Staff Work (CSW) to Bangsamoro Attorney General’s Office (BAGO) personnel on May 24-26, 2022 at Villa Miranda Event Place, Cotabato city. The training specifically aims to instill appreciation on the nature and goals of personal effectiveness, apply doctrine of CSW, understand the significance of communication, and organizational management in the workplace, and more importantly, to display commitment in establishing and observing the culture of CSW and organizational management in support to the call for Moral Governance in BARMM. “Completed Staff Work simply means we do our job well”, Atty. Nur Halifa N. Dilangalen as she shared her words of wisdom. At the end of the training, Atty. Yasmine A. Ibay-Laguialam expressed her gratitude and her major take away.“Thank you to DAB for responding to our request”. She also added, “The activity is well-organized, interactive, and fun”. Atty. Ibay also mentioned the significance of the training to the entire office of BAGO. “We need this for our improvement as a workforce and as an office, and reflect on what more we can contribute for the betterment of our service”. “Uuwi kaming more responsive and excellent employee of BAGO”.The 3-day training was facilitated by Dr. Normia Salindal, Gebracel N. Makaton, and the pool of training specialists of DAB.
