With the aim to ensure that the staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset they need to become productive and successful members of the Bangsamoro government, the Bangsamoro Attorney General’s Office in collaboration with Development Academy of the Bangsamoro conducted a 3-day Mandatory Onboarding Training on September 19-21, 2023 held at Golden Lace Fine Dining Resto, Cotabato City.
MOT is a systematic onboarding program designed to transition new employees in BARMM into their role and onto their respective unit, section, or division. It includes the Bangsamoro situationer, inculcation of moral governance principles and practices, values transformation and professional development and basic office skills.
