Just Today, the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) conducted the Mandatory Onboarding Training for the employees of the BARMM Commissions at Crystall Hall, Ems Manor Hotel, Cotabato City. The opening program was led by DAB Executive Assistant Engr. Mlang U. Madal, who expressed gratitude to the participants for attending the training. Engr. Madal highlighted the significance of the program as a flagship initiative of the DAB, emphasizing its importance to Bangsamoro employees.
The training comprises four modules covering: (1) Bangsamoro Situationer, (2) Moral Governance, (3) Values Transformation and Professional Development, and (4) Basic Office Skills. The BARMM Employee’s Handbook, particularly the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Rules, is incorporated to ensure understanding of employees’ rights, responsibilities, and privileges. Its goal is to cultivate professionalism among Bangsamoro employees, instilling a commitment to moral governance and reverence for Bangsamoro leaders and history.
The training will run from April 15 to April 18, 2024.
