, the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro jump-started the simultaneous two batches of Mandatory Onboarding Training at Al Nor Convention Halls, Cotabato City. The training is designed for four days, and it started today December 18, 2023. The two batches are implemented simultaneously. The one batch is intended for the human resource management officers, and the other batch is attended by newly hired employees from different identified BARMM ministries, agencies, and offices. The target outcome of the training is to transform the Bangsamoro workforce into employees that adhere to the moral governance and inculcate in their heart and mind the history of Bangsamoro struggles and sacrifices before it reached this state.
Mandatory Onboarding Training is one of the Flagship programs of the Academy, as collaborating agency of the different ministries to implement a systematic onboarding program to transition their new employees into their role and onto their respective unit, section, or division.
