The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro have successfully conducted the Mandatory Onboarding Training (MOT) of 80 Employees from different BARMM Ministries. The MOT was filled with sharing of insights, clarification of information myths, discussion-based sessions and gamified workshops for four (4) days which started last May 16 and have concluded at May 19, 2023 at Em Manor Hotel and Convention Center, Cotabato City. Since the DAB is a recognized “L&D Institution”, the participants who completed the training are awarded with a certificate indicating that they have undergone the 32-hour Mandatory Onboarding Training.
The 4-day journey encapsulated 5 topic discussions about: (1) The Bangsamoro Situationer; (2) Moral Governance; (3) Salient Points about BARMM Employees Handbook; (4) Values Transformation and Professional Development; and (5) Basic Office Skills. The resource person of these topics are members of the Academy’s Pool of Experts which came from different background and institutions equipped with experiences matched with their assigned topics. The selected resource person were also part of the TOT on Mandatory Onboarding Training held earlier this year.
