In a bid to bridge the gap and foster a deeper understanding, the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro conducted a focused group discussion with the mujahideen/mujahidat integrated in the Bangsamoro government held at DAB conference room on March 25-26, 2024.
The objective is to engage and listen directly from the mujahideen/mujahidat their perspectives relative to their work environment and professional development. The Article 305 of the Bangsamoro Civil Service Code mandated DAB to develop specialized training programs for their training and professional development to integrate them smoothly in the civil service. In this regard, the focused group discussion became a venue to identify the gaps between their current performance and the demand of their respective ministries, agencies, and offices.
The two round FGD sessions were facilitated to ensure that the specialized training program developed by the Academy for the mujahideen/mujahidat integrated in the Bangsamoro government is tailored fit to their needs and contributory to qualify the latter for permanent positions.
