The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro took part in the Year-End Assessment and Strategic Planning of
the Office of MP Diamila Disimban-Ramos through an orientation session on Workplace Effectiveness on February 18, 2024 in Cotabato City. The integration of this topic is critical to enhance the performance and efficiency of the personnel in the Office of MP Diamila Disimban-Ramos. It aimed to warrant the balance between work and life among the employees that may result to healthy work environment and improved staff’s productivity. ————————
