Polloc Freeport and Ecozone BARMM (PFEZ) conducted a thorough Year-End Assessment and Performance Review in collaboration with the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) to reflect on its accomplishments for the fiscal year 2023. The session took place in London Beach Resort, General Santos City on December 11-14, 2023. The activity focused on evaluating the team’s accomplishments, challenges, and best practices, to establish a framework for future objectives. The participants went through reflective sessions to bring out their insightful perspectives and come up with comprehensive assessment that is necessary to goal-setting.
The sessions were fruitful. It highlighted the shared commitment to excellence among the employees and continuous development of PFEZ and DAB. The knowledge, insights, and thoughts acquired in this activity provided clearer understanding of the direction of both offices. The commitment to serve the constituents of the Bangsamoro region is strengthened.
