Pasay City, September 26, 2023 – The Finance and Administrative Division of the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro participates in the “2023 Public Sector Human Resource Symposium,” they actively engaged in the event’s rich discussions and activities.
Their participation in the event is an indication of their commitment to ensuring that public sector management remains at the forefront of HR trends in government by equipping themselves with the latest knowledge and insights.
On the 26th and 27th of September 2023, the World Trade Center in Pasay City played host to this symposium that convened participants from across the nation. The aim of this symposium was to equip government employees with the knowledge and skills required to adapt to and implement contemporary HR practices, thereby cultivating a culture of dynamism and resilience in their respective organizations.
The DAB’s Finance and Administrative Division, under the capable leadership of Dr. Normia Salindal, along with her dedicated team, enthusiastically engaged in a wide array of sessions and discussions throughout the symposium. Their active participation was marked by their eagerness to delve into topics that ranged from innovative HR strategies to effective leadership techniques and the incorporation of cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency within public sector organizations.
