The third and final day of MIPA-BARMM’s Precursory Training on Completed Staff Work (CSW), facilitated by DAB, boosted the confidence of the participating newly-hired MIPA personnel to act independently on tasks requiring group communication and project management. They simulated different group communication approaches such as staff meetings, quarterly assessments, and focus group discussions necessary for official tasks requiring leveling-off, team mobilization, data gathering, and ensuring organizational accountability. They also did activities that enabled them to link and translate policy statements of the Chief Minister and strategic directions of the MIPA Minister into outcomes-based programs for IP communities.

 

The three-day program closed with the presence of MIPA Deputy Minister Guiamal Abdulrahman, CSC for BARMM OIC Asst. Regional Director Atty. Dominador Gonzales, Jr. and DAB President Dr. Norodin Salam, with an exclusive video message to the participants from the Chief Minister Ahod “Murad” B. Ebrahim, Al-Haj.
