Capping off the MOT’s 3rd day, the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro engaged the participants on the fields of workplace technicalities and career roadmap through their high caliber speakers coming from the Academy’s Pool of Experts and Civil Service Commission (CSC) BARMM. In the morning, our colleagues from the CSC BARMM presented the Salient Points of the BARMM Employees’ Handbook. And in the afternoon, the participants were encouraged to understand what it takes to be a Morally Governed Bangsamoro Employee through the topic— Values Transformation and Professional Development.
