Dr. Normia A. Salindal is a Professor of Business Administration and currently working as a Head of Consultants at the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB), Office of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), Philippines. She gained her Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Prior to her studies in IIUM, she undertook Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) and earned units at the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), University of the Philippines Diliman. In the same university, she obtained her Master of Arts degree in Islamic Studies and once appointed as University Research Associate under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Development. She also earned units in Master in Public Administration and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce major in Management at Cotabato City State Polytechnic College, Philippines. She presented research papers in various international conferences such as the 1st International Joint Conference on Biodiversity, Technology and Social Sciences (IJCBTSS 2020); 37th Manila International Conference on Business, Economics, Social Science and Humanities (BESSH-2019); 2nd Singapore International Conference on Management, Business, Economic and Social Science (SIMBES 2018); and 2nd International Conference on Management from Islamic Perspectives (ICMIP 2014). Her works has been published in several reputable journals including International Journal of Economics, Management and Accounting (ASEAN Citation Index); and Journal of Islamic Marketing (Scopus).
